WE SHIP IN THE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES ONLY

All corals are shipped via FedEx. We use heavy duty 4ml plastic bags. We double line everything. Corals that require extra care, we use a 4 bag system. The Styrofoam boxes we use are 1.5". These have worked great for us the past 5 years. We package your corals to ensure that your corals arrive alive !

Saturday delivery is available for an extra $15.00 charge that is assessed by Fed Ex. However, if you have it held at a Fed Ex Kinkos or Fed Ex Facility, that charge is waived by FedEx. One important thing to note is that we will not be liable for any delay caused by Fed Ex or any weather delays. If something like this was to occur, then the soonest you wiould be able to get your package would be Monday. By this time, the Livestock could be in bad condition. Although this rarely happens you need to be aware of the potential risk on your part.

The boxes will have either Heat Packs or Ice Packs to help keep the temperature sustained while in transit. What ever the season or need, we will make sure it has the proper pack for the overnight flight.


Arrive Alive Guarantee / Returns

All livestock is guaranteed to arrive alive. Please notify us here within 2 hours of arrival. We strongly advise you to send an email with a digital picture of the corals in question. Please do not worry or wait to talk to someone as we might be busy and your 2 hour window could be in jeopardy. By sending an email, it validates the time sent with the time it was delivered and we also already have a picture that makes this process really fast and efficient for both of us.
On some occasions, we might need the coral in question shipped back to us. We reserve this right as it may be needed to proceed with your claim. This rarely happens but we wanted to make it clear of this potential step. If the order was late and FedEx refunds us the shipping charges, then we will use that credit to reship your package. Sometimes FedEx

will not cover shipping if the delay was weather or mechanical related. In this instance, we will work with individuals on a case by case basis.  If you suspect that there may be a weather delay between you and us please delay shipment until the weather clears. We are in very close contact with our FedEx Rep and they will let us know when it is safer to ship out.
